Redmond Douglas Management Consultants are based near Exeter, Devon and was formed by Patricia Lenehan who has 19 years of Training & Management experience in Customer Service and Sales. Her career began in the highly competitive field of commercial aviation, with the UK independent airline bmi, and more recently, Patricia was Director of Training & Client Services for an International Consultancy, dealing with blue chip organisations around the world.

Our Consultants are highly trained professionals with extensive experience from a broad range of Industries, including Insurance, Travel, Hospitality, Life Assurance & the Financial Sector, Utilities, Telecommunications and Organisations from the Public Sector, to name but a few!
